El Saltillo was born out of a desire to create a distinctive and authentic Mexican dining experience in the Gulf Coast, Mississippi. We first opened in 1996, and thanks to our success and uniqueness, we rapidly expanded to accommodate our growing clientele. Thus, after many years of hard work, dedication and recognition; we are now proud to feature 5 locations, spanning from Long Beach to Ocean Springs. We are endlessly grateful that the Mississippi Gulf Coast has allowed our family to be a part of its community, and, likewise, we are exceedingly happy that the Mississippi Gulf Coast has become our home and a part of our family.
